Yes I Can Review
“Yes I Can”, is a story that begins with telling the true heart of what it takes to become a soldier. It encompasses the dreams of meeting career commitments although many obstacles may come in ones way. From the beginning, the author does not hold back from detailing any circumstances even though they may be sometimes hurting to display. As training detail is explained thoroughly in the story, the author invites the reader into her life and into her career as she completes all required medical training. The author then shares her ventures into another world so different from the world she has known; into a world of confusion, little happiness and lots of turmoil and sometimes heroic moments begin to detail what being a nurse in a new generation war is all about. Making new friends and adapting to a new environment finally becomes the life for the Gulf War Nurse, but when it’s all over, she finds there’s even more turmoil to face back home and thus begins to use what tactics she can to make life livable and enjoyable again. To accept what has been put before her at home, and at war, the Gulf War Nurse begins to envelope an assertive position in all confrontations and thus began the one mental thought that always got her through the roughest times… “Yes I Can”.
“Yes I Can”, gives you courage and let’s all who read it understand there is hope, at home and away.

“Yes I Can”, is an amazing book to read, an Army Nurse who tells her story about her experiences before, during, and after the Desert Storm. She allows you to unfold her triumph as she allows Christ to take center staged and smooth her turmoil’s, which life can bring under certain circumstances. This book is inspiring, uplifting, spiritual, humorous, realistic, and adventurous. Her story tells about the reality of life’s struggle and how a soldier, a wife, a mother, and a child of God survived, by believing in herself and quietly hearing the inner voice saying “Yes I Can”. I recommend all readers to enter apart of her life as the journey unfolds. Teenagers, college students, adults of all genders and especially people who are serving in the military should read this book. I am sure when you finished reading, every reader would have been touched by something in her story, well written, dynamite.

The book by Captain Loretta Scott "Yes I Can" is a phenomenal book. I recommend this book to be read by many. It's a story about a woman like you, and me and her triumphs through life's many roadblocks, to not only keep your head up, but also do it by having the strength within. “Yes I Can” is inspirational; it makes you feel that you can do anything. I felt uplifted, and it brought a spiritual peace to my heart. It's not only serious, but her story makes you laugh at a time you may want to cry, but it's her way of letting you believe that through sadness, God makes a way for you to believe it will be better. Once you begin to read you’re hooked, you never want to put it down, you’re always eager to read to see what happens next. I love the book it's my motto for Life "Yes I Can".
